Shipping Policy

 

We will endeavour to source the most cost effective shipping/post for our customers in New Zealand. As soon as payment is confirmed, there will be a two working day processing time as some products we will produce after order so it is at its freshest possible.

We will have a standard shipping rate which will have a tracking number and take 2-3 business days, a rural rate and a pick up rate for those that live locally.

If you live at a rural address please pick the rural delivery option, otherwise we will be in contact to upgrade your shipping cost.

At this time we do not ship internationally sorry.    

 

Returns and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Damage

We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. However if an item is damaged in the post please let us know, send us photographs of the damage, and we will be happy to send out a replacement or offer a refund if the product is no longer available.

​Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched.  If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the customer will remain liable for full payment.  We aim to have your order processed quickly, please choose carefully, we cannot be responsible if you change your mind. 

Tax

All prices include GST. 

Disclaimer

All our products are hand-crafted, therefore weights and the look of the finished product may differ slightly from the one photographed.  We make no medical claims with our soap, bath and body products, we merely try to use good quality ingredients and make suggestions for their application or use.  All our recipes undergo testing on humans before going on sale.

If you have a history of sensitivity or have had allergic reactions in the past, please be sure to test a product on a small area of skin, such as inside your wrist for 2-3 days prior to using it fully.  We cannot guarantee that our customers will not experience skin reactions as everybody is different, so cannot be responsible if a reaction occurs. If you do have an allergic reaction then please stop using the product immediately.   

Privacy

During the ordering process, any information and data collected from you will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order. We will never sell or disclose information to any third party.
