This is a re-purposed silver tray that was past its best at a thrift shop and has been lovingly bought back to life by being painted and decorated with a decoupaged rose in the base of the tray. It looks great sitting propped up against a wall of a bookshelf or dresser. It is more a decorative piece than a functional piece.
